During the last quarter of 2016, following the demonstration held at the **Naval Military Arsenal of La Spezia** by your Company regarding the proprietary device named **HYDROFASTER**, and subsequently at the Italian Navy General Staff, collaboration programmes between the aforementioned company and the Italian Navy (MM) were outlined.
As is well known, the Italian Navy has long been interested in devices capable of significantly reducing pollutant emissions and/or delivering effective fuel-consumption savings.
In consideration of the arguments presented—based on research and scientific evidence—we hereby inform your Company that it is our intention to proceed with a **preliminary validation activity**, prior to formal accreditation by the Armed Forces’ Technical Directorate.
